Have you ever thought about why many urban area companies have such a high turnover rate? Here at T.F.G.A. we have given it much thought. One of the most significant reasons we noticed, was the high number of callouts and tardys which eventually led to several conferences before being fired. For most people this problem is caused by the inability for employees to find adequate child care. It is the beginning of an unfortunate domino effect. Here at T.F.G.A. we are here to lend a helping hand to avoid this problem.

 

Our goal at T.F.G.A. Is to provide a reliable and affordable child care in a safe environment.
